Firestone Complete Auto Care

My car was dropped off on a Thursday, and after four full days, no service had even been performed. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my car was broken into while it was under their supervision. The store manager, Karl Swank, said a police report had been filed but couldn't provide the incident report number when asked. The lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing. Waiting four days without any work being done is bad enough, but having my vehicle damaged while in their care and then receiving little transparency afterward made the experience even worse. I will never return or recommend this dealership as long as Karl Swank is the manager.

This place is a lifesaver they ALL went above and beyond to help me fix my daughter car. (It was a Sunday and I was visiting) We definitely will be doing business together while my daughter is stationed over there. Thank you all sooo much! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who lives close. Mr.David & Mr C I can’t remember his first name.

Manager Karl was so helpful from the beginning of the phone call to finishing of the service work. I am a long time Firestone customer and new to the Virginia area so to now have found another location to call my home store is awesome. The entire staff I encountered was spot on and thanks again for helping get my car back on the road. Please acknowledge them for their excellent customer service! ☺️

They were very helpful and professional. We had a large hole in our tire that couldn’t be repaired and they didn’t have a tire in stock. They put extra air in so we could get to the dealer for a new tire. They were a lifesaver and honest. I highly recommend them if you need service. They didn’t charge us.

I had a really great experience at Firestone thanks to Jeff and the team. They took the time to properly diagnose a tricky leak, helped me figure out the real issue (a cracked rim), and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. When I brought in the replacement wheel, they got everything mounted and taken care of quickly, and even topped off my wiper fluid without me asking. Jeff in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly. It’s rare to feel like a shop is really looking out for you, but that was definitely the case here. Highly recommend if you want honest, reliable service.
